Mavis Sirenio Affiliate Partnership Agreement
1. Introduction and Acceptance
This document outlines the operational policies and terms of service that govern your participation (referred to as the “Affiliate” or “you”) in the Mavis Sirenio affiliate referral program (the “Program”). Mavis Sirenio (referred to as the “Company” or “we”) serves as the merchant providing the products or services.
By applying for or actively participating in the Program, the Affiliate confirms their unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from registering or continuing participation in the Program.
2. Program Enrollment and Review
The Company maintains the complete and exclusive authority to review and either accept or decline any Program registration application at its sole discretion. Any decision regarding the approval or rejection of an application is final, and the applicant waives any right to seek legal recourse against the Company regarding this outcome.
3. Commission Generation Mechanisms
A. Tracking Links
The system will automatically generate a unique referral link for the Affiliate. You also have the capability to create specific links tailored to individual products or collections. In the event a prospective customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, commission credit will be assigned exclusively to the most recent link clicked before the purchase.
B. Promotional Codes
The Affiliate may or may not be provided with a unique promotional coupon code, the specifications and use of which will be detailed on the Affiliate Dashboard. Crucially, the Affiliate cannot receive double compensation ; if a customer uses a coupon code and clicks the affiliate link, only a single commission will be processed. If you are not explicitly assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to advertise or promote any coupon codes.
C. Permitted Marketing Channels
Affiliates are authorized to promote the Company’s website across a variety of digital platforms (eg, social media like Instagram, Facebook) and traditional advertising formats (eg, print media, classifieds).
4. Compensation and Payout
A. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a payment, calculated according to the established commission structure, for every qualified customer purchase made on the Company’s website. This compensation is based strictly on the product order value and does not include auxiliary fees such as taxes, shipping, or handling costs.
B. Payment Requirements and Schedule
To enable payment, the Affiliate must accurately complete the payment details within the Settings section of the Affiliate portal. Payout frequency and scheduling information will be communicated on the Affiliate Guide page.
C. Fair Use and Qualification
Commissions are only paid for transactions that have been fully and successfully completed. The Program operates under a fair use policy, granting the Company the right to scrutinize all referral orders. Payments will be denied and reversed for any transaction that ultimately results in a chargeback or refund. Commission statuses are visible on the Commission tab, while finalized payments are listed on the Payment tab.
5. Tracking Technology (Cookies)
We utilize cookie technology to accurately track customer traffic originating from your referral efforts. The tracking is entirely based on the customer’s web browser having cookies enabled; if a customer disables or clears their cookies, tracking cannot occur, and no earnings can be attributed.
The duration of the tracking period (Cookie Day) is specified during the Affiliate registration process. The tracking period begins either when a customer clicks your link or when they utilize your coupon code. Any subsequent orders placed by that customer within the defined cookie window will automatically generate a commission for you, eliminating the need for them to click the link again.
6. Marketing Resources
The Company may provide various promotional assets, such as banners, logos, and campaign-specific media, via the Marketing Tool section. Affiliates may download these materials or obtain HTML embed codes to use on their promotional channels.
7. Multi-Tier Network (If Applicable)
If the Network feature is active, Affiliates have the opportunity to invite secondary affiliates (“downlines”) to join the Program. If a downline affiliate generates a sale for the Company, the primary (upline) Affiliate will receive a separate network commission, the rate of which is determined by the Company’s settings. To enroll new affiliates, the upline Affiliate must share their unique network invitation link.
8. Program Termination
Should an Affiliate wish to cease their participation in the Program, removal can be requested by sending an email to: admin@mavis-Sirenio.com .
We appreciate your commitment to reading these important terms and look forward to a successful partnership. For any further questions or support, please contact us at admin@mavis-Sirenio.com .
